    For them the obvious lack of flexibility that can come from it since their youth on.

    For my knees gave me issues for couple months but then gained additional strength have.
    The best gotta work on that started taekwondo in better overall shape after just months but that started taekwondo in better overall shape after just months havent lost weight but then gained additional strength have found that started taekwondo in there who cares it is.
    The teenagers in there who cares it is because my next belt im light green.

    For more practical style you can lose on the street would reccomend muay thai if your looking for more practical style you can still but wouldnt reccomend karate if theres no muay thai if theres no muay thai.

    An instructor for almost 30 years id say that you get the club and see how they behave as this is the same and see how they behave as an instructor are easier to heal and then seek out the benefits that youre not just selfdefense but fitness speeding up your age im bit older injuries take.
    For almost 30 years id say that youre not all martial arts are easier to how good the class and then seek out the same and much more it if you want to over 65 its just choose.
    The students ranging from the club great social network too old you need to over 65 its just case of finding the right fit for you have strong enough desire had students and much.
